Residents must maintain a quiet environment between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM daily to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our community.
Exterior Decor
All exterior architectural modifications must be approved by the HOA board prior to installation to maintain the neighborhood's aesthetic standards.
Pool Safety
Strict adherence to the community pool safety protocol is required, including mandatory lifeguard presence during peak hours and secure fencing.
Commercial Use
Any business activity within the community must be pre-approved by the HOA board to ensure it aligns with our residential character.
Prohibited Pets
Large or aggressive animals are strictly prohibited from residing within the Legacy Park community to protect all residents and property.
Firearms
Firearms are strictly prohibited in common areas and shared spaces to maintain the safety and tranquility of our residential environment.
